Daily work management is entirely the employer's responsibility; LinkOsX is not involved in specific business management. Employers can use their preferred project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Notion) for daily collaboration. LinkOsX maintains back-end communication channels post-onboarding to handle payroll and compliance matters.
Yes. All candidates complete Linkosx onboarding training and certification.
The License is LinkOsX's formal certification that a candidate has completed standardized training and possesses professional conduct and general work skills. For employers, it means the candidate has undergone basic professional capability verification, potentially reducing employer investment in soft skills training. The License does not replace business-specific training, which is still arranged by the employer.
All candidates sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before entering the candidate pool. Employers can also include additional confidentiality clauses in the employment agreement. LinkOsX recommends employers implement tiered system access management when candidates onboard, granting only necessary access permissions.
If an employer wishes to terminate the employment relationship, a 30-day written notice must be provided to LinkOsX. Salaries are paid as usual during the notice period until its end. For immediate termination (due to serious misconduct), both parties need to negotiate. Specific terms are subject to the signed Employment Agreement.

LinkOsX can conduct targeted searches for candidates with specific industry backgrounds based on employer needs, including but not limited to: Accounting/Finance, Legal Support, IT Development, Digital Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Customer Service, etc. The more specific the role, the more crucial the JD refinement step. We recommend employers describe the requirements in as much detail as possible during the requirement discussion meeting.
