Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lodge ASIC forms, including 484, 201, 362, and 492, as well as annual statement reviews and corresponding documentation. 
  • Manage administrative tasks such as onboarding/offboarding checklists, client engagement proposals, and database updates.
  • Process ATO and ASIC correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely client notifications.
  • Collate and manage client documents, including tax returns, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Assist with cloud software administration, expense reconciliation, and risk documentation.

Must Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and update data in database environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with software like CAS360, Xero, and ATOmate.
  • Experience with client engagement tools such as Ignition and Workday.
  • Knowledge of internal risk management practices and procedures.
  • Previous exposure to audit or accounting environments.
